Guests agree to use the property respectfully and in accordance with applicable laws, building requirements, and property-specific rules.

Occupancy

Only the number of guests included in the reservation may stay at the property unless additional guests have been approved in advance.

Parties & Events

Parties, events, or gatherings that violate the property's occupancy, noise, or house rules are prohibited unless specifically authorized in writing.

Smoking

Smoking and vaping policies vary by property. Guests must follow the specific smoking policy provided for their accommodation.

Damage & Missing Items

Guests may be responsible for damage, loss, or missing property caused by themselves or members of their party, subject to applicable law and the applicable booking terms.

Noise & Neighbors

Guests agree to respect neighbors and maintain reasonable noise levels, particularly during designated quiet hours.

Check-Out

Guests agree to follow the property's check-out instructions and return keys, access devices, and other property as instructed.

Safety

Guests are responsible for following posted safety instructions and notifying the host or management promptly of maintenance or safety concerns.

Violation of Agreement

A serious or repeated violation of this agreement or applicable property rules may result in termination of the stay or other action permitted by the applicable booking terms and law.
