• Guests may cancel within the applicable cancellation period stated at booking and receive a refund according to the terms presented at the time of reservation.

• Cancellations made outside the applicable cancellation period may result in a partial refund or no refund, depending on the reservation terms.

• Applicable taxes, cleaning fees, service fees, and other charges may be refundable or non-refundable depending on the terms provided during booking.

• No-shows are generally treated as cancellations made outside the applicable cancellation period.

Airbnb & VRBO Reservations

Reservations made through Airbnb, VRBO, or another third-party booking platform are also subject to that platform's applicable cancellation, refund, payment, and dispute policies.

When a reservation is made through a third-party platform, guests should review the cancellation terms displayed on that platform before completing their reservation.

Changes to Reservations

Reservation changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. Requests to modify a reservation should be submitted as soon as possible.

Property Closures or Unforeseen Circumstances

If circumstances outside of our reasonable control require us to cancel or modify a reservation, we will work with the guest to determine an appropriate resolution consistent with the applicable booking terms and law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds for direct reservations will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor and financial institution.

By completing a reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the cancellation and refund terms presented at the time of booking.
