Reservations made through Airbnb, VRBO, or another booking platform may also be subject to that platform's terms, policies, and guest requirements.

If a third-party platform's applicable terms conflict with these terms regarding the platform's services, the platform's terms may control that portion of the transaction.

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information, photographs, descriptions, availability, and pricing accurate. However, accommodations, amenities, furnishings, and availability may change.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TSR ENTERPRISES LLC is not responsible for circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to waive rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
